CARSS can do custom work, fabrication, and tuning for your street, street/strip, or race only sport compact/import.  From engine assembly to roll cage installations to electrical wiring, CARSS can get your car ready for street performance or tearing down the strip.

Engine Work

From bolt-on parts to full engine builds, CARSS can do it for you.  Specializing in Honda and Nissan engines, CARSS has built motors handling over 600whp.  You also get peace of mind knowing that an ASE certified mechanic assembled your motor.  CARSS may not have the fastest turn around time, but attention to detail and meticulousness takes a little more time, and can save you money and time down the road.

Engine Management Tuning

Do you have an aftermarket EMS? Depending on your set-up, CARSS can get your car tuned for driveability and performance.  Forced induction, naturally aspirated, or nitrous set-ups can all be tuned by CARSS.  Currently, CARSS is capable of tuning Hondata, eCtune, Crome, and SDS engine management systems.  For more information please call or email CARSS.

Custom Fabrication

Whether you need intercooler piping made or an 8 point roll cage installed, CARSS can help you with any custom fabrication needs you may have.  If you want a race car assembled, CARSS can do that too.  We specialize primarily in Imports/Sport Compacts, but will do anything that you have.

CARSS Custom Fabrication Guidelines

1. If you would like custom work done by CARSS, please first contact Chase by either phone or email to describe the kind of work you need done.  Please be as specific and detailed as possible when describing what you would like done.  If you have a budget to follow, please make that known at this time as well.  The more details we have, the better we can service you.

2. If you are having assembly work done, please be sure to have the necessary parts for your project.  Missing parts can lead to extended work time and delays in the  progression of your car.  If you need to, you can purchase some, or all of your parts through CARSS.  If that is the case, please have a list available of what you need, and any preferences (color, brand, size, or shape).  If you have all of your parts for your project available, the completion time will be significantly faster than if you are missing parts.  If specifics are not made clear, CARSS will, at it's discretion use parts (brands) that we feel will work best in your application.  Owners/payees of the project will incur all costs.

3. Please be aware that certain parts are designated as "For Off-Road Use Only".  It is at your discretion that you use these parts on the street.  If you need alternative parts, please be sure to contact Chase and let him know.

4. If you are ordering parts through CARSS, please be aware that parts can sometimes take an unknown amount of time to arrive. For the most part, we can usually get parts within a week of ordering, but please remember that we are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.  Also, you will be billed for all shipping costs incurred during the ordering of your parts.

5. Please feel free to keep in contact with CARSS while your work is being done.  If there are any changes that you want to do, please contact Chase ASAP.  CARSS will also contact you should we have any questions regarding your work.

6. Work time will vary, depending on the nature of the project or work.  Major projects like full engine builds or race car assembly can take a few weeks to a month or more for completion, depending on circumstances specific to that project.  Smaller jobs may be finished in a week or less.  CARSS' first priority is service and maintainence, then custom work and fabrication.  There may be additional charges for high priority custom work.

7. Should additional work that CARSS is not currently capable of doing in house (machine work such as head surfacing, flywheel surfacing, valve jobs, etc.) be necessary, you will be first contacted for approval for such work to be completed.  If it is suggested to you by CARSS that you have this kind of work done, it is highly recommended that you have the work done.  Improperly prepped parts can lead to premature wear or failure, possibly leading to expensive damages to your motor and/or vehicle, of which, CARSS will not be liable for.
